eWake Talent is the county’s new Learning Management System (LMS). This collaborative LMS will help you more easily acquire and retain the knowledge and skills you need to excel in your roles and allow you to take the lead in developing your career at Wake County.
Through eWake Talent, we can better align training with the county’s organizational goals and better engage employees by delivering the right training to the right people. The cloud-based software will enhance your LMS experience by offering many new functions and features to enable you to better coordinate your training and manage your transcripts. The LMS will automatically track your mandatory training, catalog your certifications and licensures, and add training received externally to ensure your transcript is always up-to-date.
